hi I'm back with another tip to stay motivated in your workout routine l will list the ten ways to do so hope you enjoy it :)
1 don't the same exercise over and over many of you just do the same thing again and again people just find it easier I know I take the easy way from time to time.
2 go to bed at reasonable l know l probably sound like your mother but it helps you to stay motivation try to get at least eight hours a night
3 try a class to mix things up a bit try a class that does not mean you have too go away a buy a gym member ship there are some good videos on you tube
4 instead of walking try running walking is a good way to lose weight yes but to mix it up and work that little bit harder do running
5 try weight training it is a good way to put body to the works and it helps with everyday tacks like lifting the shopping in from the car
6 go another way we are likely to go the way of a run walk l know it is safely for me
7 ask a friend having a friend to go with is a good way to stay motivation
8 ask for help asking for help will help you stay motivation even if its just little siri
9 find what you like finding something you like is hard if you jumping do that
10 make a it fun making something fun is more enjoyable than something not
